Imposter Fraud Alert!
NexTier Bank has received reports of Fraudsters impersonating NexTier Bank employees targeting businesses and consumers asking for personal information including debit card and account numbers and log in and password information. We may occasionally contact you to verify activity or follow up on a request, however we will NEVER ask you to provide sensitive information during an unsolicited call. In addition, NexTier Bank will NEVER text you if we suspect your account has been compromised. We will send a text message if a purchase is suspected as Fraudulent.
